"You know that moment when you’re reading a book and you just have to stop and bite your lip and squeal or sigh or close your eyes and wrinkle your nose and forehead and press the book against your heart and just like sit there and try to soak up the gorgeous literature via osmosis?
That’s my favorite part of reading."

Like I said in my post yesterday, I'm a book worm, so I thought I'd elaborate on this a bit! Plus I've been looking for an excuse to use that quote above for a long time. I just love that feeling!
Books I've enjoyed lately:
- Pillars of the Earth - Ken Follett
- Bronze Horseman - Paullina Simons
- Fall of Giants - Ken Follett
- The Great Gatsby - F. Scott Fitzgerald
- Kite Runner - Khaled Hosseni
- Millenium Series (Girl with the Dragon Tattoo etc) - Steig Larsson
- Hunger Games - Suzanne Collins
- The Clan of the Cave Bear - Jean M Auel
- Eat Pray Love - Elizabeth Gilbert
- Winter of the World - Ken Follett
What are you guys reading at the moment? I would love to know if anyone ever be interested in doing a big a book swap??

Oh wow I love hearing what other people are reading! Gives me inspiration and ideas. I'm going to have to get a whole lot from the library when uni is over :)

Currently reading...nada! I need to get me an awesome book. Lydia, I LOVE Gone With the Wind! That was one of my favorite reads. I think I read it in 8th grade. Took me forever. ;)
Sylvie, that Marilyn pic is priceless. I love her orange toe nails. Also, some books to love:
1. Anything by Barbara Kingsolver
2. The Joy Luck Club by Amy Tan
3. The Wednesday Letters by Jason F. Wright
4. The Power of One by Bryce Courtenay
I love books. I was thinking about posting soon about the books that I reading (which is about 5) and creating a list for books that I want to read in 2013. I think that doing a book swap sounds amazing. I do have to say I love the pix of Marilyn reading, so precious.
Your book list is great. I've read most of your favorites. :) I am your newest follower over from the blog hop.

omg that quote is perfect!! I'm not reading anything at the monent, but want to. I think I'll use your list as a guide hehe. The last few books I read were The Hunger Games trilogy and 50 Shades trilogy.
Great book list, F Scot Fitzgerald is really amazing, loved The Great Gatsby. I wish I had more time to read : / xx
Wish I had the time to read outside of school! However, you have some good selections here. What's a blog hop?

Sounds fab. I'm still making my way through my fiction reading list that I made during my uni years, it was hard to get around to reading novels when your reading so much academic lit right!
Oh I am yet to delve into that one. I enjoyed the film so no doubt the book is even better! Will add to my list :)
It's a great pic, I like to think I look like her while I'm reading lol :)
Oh the Power of One is fantastic. I believe I read the young adult version when I was at high school so I must re-read the original. Thanks for your list I'll check it out!
Sounds like a good idea, I think I'll do something similar too, in my sidebar perhaps. It's a great pic!
Thanks Amanda I'll stop by soon!
Yes he's a fantastic writer, I'm looking forward to the movie adaptation!
It is hard to find the time to read while studying, especially if you already have lots of academic lit!
I'll email ya re: blog hops :)
Me too! LOL We'll see how Leonardo Di Caprio carries his character ^^ xx
Thanks.
